The Arts and Humanities Division at Babson College has an opening for an adjunct instructor of writing for the fall 2022 semester. The college's Writing Program consists of a two-course sequence emphasizing writing across contexts. The instructor will teach two sections of Writing Across Contexts (WRT1001), the first course in the sequence, on Mondays and Wednesdays, with 90-minute classes scheduled to meet in person at 4:45 and 6:30 PM. A master's degree and experience teaching college-level first-year composition are required. The Arts and Humanities Division accepts applications from qualified applicants for adjunct faculty positions and reviews them twice a year or when an opening becomes available.
Minimum qualifications: MFA for writing areas; ABD or PhD for scholarly disciplines. College teaching experience required for all positions. |
